2. Bookings

Appointments

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before the appointment time without penalty.

If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, any deposit payments will be forfeited.

Cancellations or changes made between 24–48 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Deposits

Some treatments may require a deposit at the time of booking to secure the appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Gift cards can be used as full or partial payment towards treatments at Head Spa Wirral.

If the treatment value exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid at checkout.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next booking.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on this website are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website.
