Treatment Consent

• I understand that the Japanese Head Spa treatment involves scalp massage, deep cleansing, and relaxation techniques.
• I confirm that I have informed the therapist of any medical conditions, scalp sensitivities, skin conditions, or allergies that may affect my treatment.
• I acknowledge that while this treatment is designed for relaxation and scalp health, results may vary from person to person.
• I release Head Spa Wirral and its staff from any liability for reactions or side effects that may occur as a result of the treatment, provided all known information has been disclosed.

Media Consent

• I give my consent for Head Spa Wirral to take photographs and/or video recordings of my treatment.
• I understand that these images/videos may be used for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, social media, printed materials, and online platforms.
• I understand that no financial compensation will be provided for the use of these images/videos.
• I understand that if I do not wish to be recorded or photographed, I can inform the staff before my treatment begins, and my wishes will be fully respected.
